Engine

Engine
798cc liquid-cooled DOHC parallel-twin, 4 valves per cylinder -- the same basic engine block used in the F800GS/F800S/F800ST, but detuned via different valve timing and ECU mapping to produce less power than the F800GS. Fitted with a simpler 43mm conventional (non-upside-down) fork, cast alloy wheels, and a single front brake disc, versus the F800GS's inverted fork, spoked wheels and twin front discs.
